Work

Every picture is built to be read twice: once from across the room, once from close up. What changes between the two readings is the work.

Three scenes in which nothing violent is happening and everything has already been decided. Each work carries one frequency from the Solfeggio scale, turned against its promise of healing.

Erosion — Three Solfeggio Reports

Three scenes in which nothing violent is happening and everything has already been decided.

An extreme close-up of a young woman's face. Her eyes are open wide and fixed on the viewer; nothing else in the frame moves.

The Syndrome of Sunny Solstiz

Seven digital works, one for each compartment of the novel Carriage 1111. The same descent of hidden melancholy, seven times.

A man in a dark suit sits on a bollard outside a bank, looking at his phone. Behind him masked figures carry money down the steps, banknotes hang in the air, and a body lies on the pavement.

Unremarkable Days

Complete scenes, one frame each. A street, a square, a bank, an afternoon. The catastrophe is behind, and the person in front of it is checking something else.
